# Tenures (Group Reporting)

## This guide offers a step-by-step approach to managing Group Reporting in the Tenures section, making it invaluable for users looking to streamline their reporting processes. It covers essential functions such as adding, editing, filtering, and deleting group reports, ensuring you can efficiently organize and customize your data. By following this guide, users can enhance their reporting accuracy and adaptability, ultimately improving their overall workflow.

A **Group Report** lets you link multiple tenures (and their individual actions) into a single, recurring task—so you only ever process one combined action rather than many separate ones. This cuts down on admin time by allowing you to complete all superseded actions in one go.

**How it works**

1. **Choose the action to supersede.**
  - For example, “Annual Report.”
2. **Select all configurations it applies to.**
  - e.g. Prospecting Licence, Exploration Licence, etc.
3. **Create the Group Report.**
  - The system will find every tenure that has your chosen action under those configurations and merge them into one recurring action.
4. **Locate your merged action.**
  - In the Action Type list, filter by **“Group”** to see your new Group Report by name.

> **Tip:** You can only supersede one action at a time, but you may apply it across as many configurations as needed.

By consolidating disparate actions into one Group Report, you eliminate having to complete each action individually—and save yourself a stack of extra clicks.
